Hello all! Thank you for all the great comments on my last blog post. It is an opinion I hold dear and it was nice to hear that it comforted some artists out there too! This quote kind of drives home the point:

Every production of an artist should be the expression of an adventure of his soul. (Wordsworth)

So how can someone tell you

your soul expression needs more work or that there are more perfect and polished ways in which to convey it?

Anyway, I posted a couple new collage pendants this morning, have about 15 more to list as well. Birds seem to be taking over my shop, it’s kind of funny to me. I really love them for their aesthetic, the graceful line of their body and curve of wing and neck. They are also a symbol of spirit and seem to help me convey my messages clearly, if that makes sense. I have a bird quote too:

The bird of paradise alight only on the hand that does not grasp. (John Berry)
